  • Heat vegetable or chicken stock in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Add in hot cereal and stir until thick & creamy
  • Mix in kale or spinach until wilted
  • Stir in parmesan cheese


  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less stock
  • For a fun twist, stir in sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers
