Crunchy granola made with our Soulfull Project multi-serve, customize it by adding your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
- Heat the oven to 300°F.
- Stir the cereal, pecans and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in the honey, olive oil and vanilla. Spread the cereal mixture on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and dry, stirring every 10 minutes during the baking time. Let the granola cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack for 10 minutes
- Customize your granola by adding 1/2 cup of additional nuts and seeds or dried fruit. If adding nuts and seeds, add them to the mixture before baking. If adding dried fruit, add it right after the mixture comes out of the oven.
