We headed back out to Fare & Square in Chester, PA to help out. You might be wondering… What kind of volunteer work do you do there? In order for Fare and Square to exist as a not for profit grocery store, they need as much help as they can get. Volunteers help to offset the costs so they can keep the doors open. When we volunteer there it has been stocking store shelves and helping to clean up the aisles. It really is a beautiful store and it’s one that makes both their employees and volunteers proud.
I think they say it best… “Fare & Square is YOUR community grocery store. Our employees are mostly Chester residents and our goal is to serve this community. We will go out of our way to make sure that you have the best shopping experience possible.”
Stop by and do some grocery shopping and you’ll see what they mean.
