The Best Breakfast Without Eggs

 The Soulfull Project oatmeal packs

One of the best options for a protein-packed breakfast without eggs is none other than hot cereal.

Hot cereal is perfect for a quick breakfast when you haven’t got time for anything else. It also fits nicely into a relaxing morning when you’ve got nothing else to do all day.

Hot cereal is packed full of the macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) your body needs to function well throughout the day.

You also get hearty and heart-healthy grains in every bite — such as oats, rye, barley, quinoa, flax, and chia — that help you feel full longer and maintain brain activity straight through to lunch.

And with flavors such as Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry Almond, Brown Sugar Pecan, Cinnamon Spice, 4 Grain Blend, Hearty Grains & Seeds, and our newest addition — Toasted Coconut — you’re sure to find a delicious option for everyone in your family.

Concerned about food allergies? Many of our hot cereals and crispy granolas are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. But if nuts are an issue, try our Don’t Go Nuts soy spreads and chewy granola bars.

Either way, you get a tasty and vitamin-packed breakfast without eggs that does your body good and gives you plenty of energy for the day ahead.

When you experience all of the health benefits that hot cereal has to offer, you’ll want to share it with the world. We’re right there with you! That’s why we created our serving-for-serving program.
